4. Detailed Home Design Project Brief generated & Sketch Block / Flow diagrams produced.
5. Revision A.
6. Itemised Sketch Detail Design Proposals.
7. Revision B.
8. In principal overall design agreement.
9. AutoCAD / Sketchup electronic drawings generated.
10. 2nd Site Visit & Client Sign-off.
11. Desired further design consultants project services requirement agreed.
12. Issue of Hard Copy Plans, Transmittal of Digital Layouts & Specifications.
